Changes to existing text, hours, prices, links, and supplied photos. New pages, redesigns, translations, and new features receive a separate quote.

Tools and usage

Ordinary brochure-site hosting is included in care. SMS, payment processing, paid scheduling tools, AI, large file storage, and unusual application usage are scoped separately before you commit.

Ownership and exit

There’s no automatic subscription when you request a quote. Your care agreement states billing, cancellation, and handoff. Ending care doesn’t remove ownership of the completed website.

How long will the build take?

A one-page website can usually launch in one to two weeks once the required content and feedback are available. A five-page site typically needs three to four weeks. Custom workflows receive a milestone schedule with the proposal.

What does “starting at” mean for custom work?

Custom projects begin at $3,950. The number of pages, languages, integrations, and business rules determine the final quote. A complex booking or staff system will cost more than a simple integration.

Are revisions included?

Launch and Business include two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Custom projects define review milestones in the proposal. Additional rounds and changes to the scope are quoted before work starts.

Does website care include an SEO campaign?

No. Care covers hosting, maintenance, and the stated update allowance. Care Plus includes a quarterly review. Ongoing keyword research, new articles, link outreach, advertising, or monthly SEO work need a separate scope.

Do I have to use your hosting?

No. Care is optional. We can hand over the site after the agreed balance is paid. Any transfer help, third-party accounts, and ongoing costs are set out in the project agreement.
