What’s included in every website?+
Mobile-friendly design, managed hosting, HTTPS, basic on-page SEO, and one contact form delivering to one inbox with spam protection. Starter includes one page with up to four sections. Plus has three pages and 15 minutes of monthly content updates. Pro has five pages, the same update time, a connection to your existing booking tool, and review tools. Every build includes one revision round using details and photos you provide. Typical delivery is 1–2 weeks after content and scope are ready; feedback and additional scope can change the schedule.
What’s the difference between Month by month and Build to own?+
Month by month has the lowest monthly price, with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime; the website stays live until the end of your paid month, and site ownership is not included. Build to own spreads the price of the website build over 24 or 36 months, with hosting and selected ongoing services priced separately. Once the build is paid, the original website files are yours. Keep the shown monthly service or move to your own host. Your configuration shows the build price, service price, term total, and ongoing cost separately. We confirm the full agreement in writing.
How do automatic bundle prices work?+
When your selected features match a lower-priced tier or tier with extras, we automatically apply that equivalent bundle price. Your chosen tier and features stay the same, and the discount appears in your summary. For a nearby tier with more features, we show the exact monthly difference and let you decide whether to switch.
Can I change my plan later?+
Tell us what’s changing and we’ll quote the new scope. Switching between Month by month and Build to own, any credit, and any remaining build balance are confirmed in writing. No new service or charge is added automatically.
What costs are separate?+
Domain registration, business email, and paid third-party tools such as booking software. Custom accounts, payments, uploads, databases, large media libraries, translations, and additional revision rounds need a separate scope. With Build to own, the build is a fixed 24- or 36-month commitment; ongoing hosting and selected services continue at the rate shown after the build is paid, or you can move to another host.
What happens when more customers find me?+
There are no visitor fees. Each plan covers one website and up to 1,000 form inquiries a month to one inbox. Filtered spam doesn’t count. If you outgrow that allowance, we’ll discuss the next step first; there are no automatic overage charges.

A professionally built one-page website with up to four sections: your business, services, proof, and contact. We adapt a proven layout to your brand, organize the details you provide, and include mobile design, a contact form, basic search setup, hosting and technical care. One revision round is included before launch. Domain registration and paid third-party tools are separate.
Is there a contract or setup fee? +
Month by month has no setup fee and no minimum number of months. Cancel anytime; your site stays active through the end of your paid billing period and goes offline afterward. It does not transfer ownership of the website build. Build to own is a separate website purchase with your choice of 24 or 36 payments.
What if I want to own the website? +
Choose “Build to own” and spread the website purchase over 24 or 36 payments. For Starter, the website purchase is $3,600 plus $29/month for ongoing service. That is $179/month over 24 payments or $129/month over 36. After payoff, you own the site files. Continue the separately priced service or move to another host; ownership does not include lifetime hosting.
Can I change my plan or payment option later? +
Yes. Ask us to review a change to your features or payment option. We confirm the new monthly price, any credit, and any remaining ownership commitment in writing before a switch. Month by month never becomes a website purchase commitment without your agreement.
Will people find my website on Google? +
Every site includes page titles, descriptions, mobile-friendly pages and a sitemap. Those give search engines a clear starting point; they don’t guarantee rankings. For ongoing local visibility work, we can review your Google Business Profile and recommend a separate monthly plan.
What happens if my website gets busy? +
There are no per-visitor fees. Each plan includes one standard inquiry form with up to 1,000 inquiries a month. If you need more, or a feature needs a paid service, we agree on the scope and price before changing your plan. There are no automatic overage charges.
Could I pay more by choosing extras instead of a bigger plan? +
No. When your selected features match a better-value bundle, we automatically apply that lower price. You keep the features you chose. If a higher plan adds more features, we show the exact additional monthly price and let you decide.
Do I need to be nearby? +
No. We work remotely, sharing a working website for you to review and taking feedback by email. You bring your knowledge of the business; we handle the website.
