Terms of use.

These terms apply to the ShipAxiom website operated by Axiom Labs LLC. A signed project proposal or agreement controls over these website terms for paid work.

Website information

The site provides general information about services and prices. Sending an inquiry is not an acceptance, contract, or guarantee of availability. Scope, schedule, price, payment terms, and ownership are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, or use forms for spam or unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party hosting, domain, scheduling, payment, analytics, or other services. Their terms, availability, and charges are separate unless a project agreement says otherwise.

Subscription and ownership options

Month by month has no minimum term. You may cancel anytime; the hosted site remains active until the end of the paid billing period and is then taken offline. Subscription payments cover the service and do not transfer ownership of the website build. Your supplied content and domain remain yours. We retain the last website release for 12 months from service end and offer one unchanged-site restart during that archive period without a reactivation fee. Monthly service resumes at the rate agreed before restart; domains, paid tools and additional work remain separate. Website archives do not establish an independent emergency-recovery service or replace separate personal-data retention requirements.

Build to own is a separate website purchase paid in 24 or 36 installments, alongside ongoing service. The purchase price, service price, and total over the chosen payment period are shown before inquiry. The purchase price is the same for both terms; 36 payments include twelve more months of service. Site-file ownership transfers after all agreed purchase payments. After payoff, ongoing service remains separately priced and can be canceled if you move the site elsewhere. Ownership does not include lifetime hosting. If Build to own payments stop early, the unpaid website purchase balance remains owed under the agreed payment terms. Future service charges stop when service ends. Ownership handoff follows payment of the agreed purchase balance. Payment notices, suspension, early payoff, any settlement, changes of payment option and any credits are specified in the written project agreement before work begins. Sending an inquiry does not authorize billing.

Ownership

ShipAxiom owns this website, its brand, and its original content. Ownership and licenses for client work are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Results

Search rankings, traffic, and inquiry volume depend on factors outside our control, including competition and search-engine changes. We don’t guarantee specific rankings or results.
