This policy explains how Axiom Labs LLC (“ShipAxiom”) handles information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry or request a website check, we receive what you enter — such as your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, website address, implementation request, and the package or plan you selected — along with the page you sent it from and any referral or campaign code in the link you followed. Your browser keeps that referral information in session storage until you close the tab. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to reply, prepare a website check or proposal, and follow up about your request. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Payments and billing

Stripe hosts payment checkout and the customer billing portal. Payment and billing information is processed by Stripe; card details are not submitted through our inquiry forms. We use the billing records to provide your agreed service, manage subscriptions and keep financial records. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply on its checkout and portal.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides spam protection (Turnstile). Inquiries are delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept in our business email for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of client relationships. Ask us and we’ll delete your inquiry unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.

Your choices

To review, correct, or delete information you’ve sent us — or to submit a request not to have it sold (we don’t sell it) — email dominic@shipaxiom.com. If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager helps us understand which pages are useful and whether inquiries work. Google receives usage information and uses analytics cookies. Your name, email, phone and message are not intentionally included in analytics events. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it, and you can change your choice through Cookie settings. Rejecting analytics does not prevent inquiries. Your consent preference is saved for up to 180 days; Analytics event data is retained according to the property settings. We do not enable advertising features.
