When you need them.

Your project agreement identifies the owner and administrator of each account. In our standard managed setup, ShipAxiom controls the hosting account and manages your project source. Your domain and the content you supply remain yours. Build to own transfers the agreed website files after the purchase is paid; it does not transfer ShipAxiom’s shared Cloudflare account or other clients’ resources. At handoff, you receive a customer-controlled source copy or repository and can choose your own hosting account.

The agreed customer-specific editable source, page content, styles, scripts and public assets; the backend/form code required by your included features; a production build; dependency and build files; deployment configuration, redirects and headers; and instructions for building, deploying and maintaining the site. We identify required secrets and explain how to set up replacement credentials in your accounts. Any included customer data exports and editable design originals are listed in your scope. Third-party license terms still apply. Agency-wide credentials, unrelated client data and tools outside your agreed scope are not included.

After the ownership purchase is paid and the complete handoff is delivered, another developer can maintain and deploy the site using the source and accounts you control. There is no requirement to keep our ongoing service. Moving hosts may require adapting Cloudflare-specific features such as form delivery and spam protection. Month by month does not include transfer of the website build; you retain your domain and supplied content, while transfer of the existing build requires a separate ownership agreement.

After a complete owned-site handoff, you have the source and can use accounts you control to keep operating or move the site with another developer. If hosting, source or credentials are still solely under ShipAxiom’s control, independent continuation is not guaranteed just because the site is currently online. A 12-month archive is not an independent recovery service. Before launch, your agreement should identify your account access and any separate recovery-copy or emergency-release arrangement. We do not promise automatic source release or uninterrupted service from an arrangement that has not been established for your project.

You can cancel anytime, with no minimum term, by emailing dominic@shipaxiom.com. We confirm the final service day and archive deadline. Your website remains live through the paid period, then goes offline and future monthly service renewals stop. The website build does not transfer to you; your domain and supplied content remain yours. We retain the last website release for 12 months from the end of service, with one unchanged-site restart available during that archive period without a reactivation fee. Separately billed domains, email and other tools are not canceled automatically.

Yes. During the 12-month archive period, you can restart the retained, unchanged website once without a reactivation fee. Monthly service resumes at the current rate confirmed with you before restart. This covers the archived website release, not new design work or an unlimited number of restarts. Domain renewals, expired licenses and paid third-party tools remain separate. If an outside service has changed and additional work is needed, we explain the scope and price before you agree. After the archive period, availability and any restoration work must be checked and quoted. Customer records and personal information follow their separate retention requirements.

Normally, yes. We review and reuse the website we already built where it meets the agreed scope and technical requirements. Switching payment options does not, by itself, require a rebuild. We confirm the website version, any changes, the ownership purchase price, payment count, ongoing service and any credit in writing. Previous monthly service payments do not automatically become ownership installments. If a rebuild or migration is needed, we explain why and agree on it first.

Build to own is a website purchase commitment. If you stop early, the unpaid website purchase balance remains owed under the agreed payment terms. Future hosting and service charges stop when that service ends; any charges already incurred are handled under the agreement. Ownership handoff takes place after the agreed purchase balance has been paid. Your written agreement sets out payment notices, suspension, early payoff and any settlement before work starts. This is different from Month by month, which has no minimum term. There is no automatic transfer of ownership from partial payments.

Your proposal lists the services your project needs and who owns and pays for each account. Our standard managed setup uses Cloudflare hosting and may use its form-delivery and spam-protection services. The agreed monthly website service covers its included hosting and technical care. Domain registration, business email and paid third-party tools such as booking software are separate unless specifically included. If you move the owned site to your own accounts, you pay those providers directly. Owning the website does not include lifetime hosting or licenses, and any change to the agreed service price is discussed before it is charged.

Each payment combines a website purchase installment with ongoing service. The base website purchase prices are Starter $3,600, Plus $5,760 and Pro $8,640; service is $29, $59 and $99 per month respectively. The payment breakdown shows both payment counts and complete totals. The purchase price stays the same; 36 payments include 12 more service months. Starter includes one page, Plus up to three pages and 15 minutes of monthly updates, and Pro up to five pages, the same update allowance, booking-tool connection and review tools. Add-ons change the quote and receive equivalent-bundle discounts. Domain, business email and paid tools are separate. Purchase installments stop at payoff; ongoing service remains optional and separately priced.
